DMCA & Copyright Policy

Effective: March 09, 2026

BYAMN respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects the same from our users. This page outlines our process for handling copyright infringement claims.

1.Introduction

In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and applicable copyright law, BYAMN ("we," "us," "our") has implemented a procedure for receiving and processing claims of copyright infringement related to content hosted on our platform.

2.Scope

This policy applies to original content hosted directly on BYAMN, including course materials, thumbnails, and other assets uploaded by BYAMN or its administrators. It also applies to user-submitted content, such as code or notes, where a third party believes their copyrighted material has been used without authorization.

3.Submitting a Removal Request

If you are a copyright holder, or an authorized representative, and believe content on BYAMN infringes your copyright, you may submit a removal request to info.byamn@gmail.com including:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
  • The exact URL(s) on BYAMN where the content is located.
  • Your contact information (name, address, email).
  • A statement of proof of ownership or authority to act on the owner's behalf.
  • A statement that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

4.Review Process

Upon receipt of a valid removal request, our team will:

  • Acknowledge receipt within 48–72 business hours.
  • Review the documentation and confirm the requester's ownership or authority.
  • Promptly disable access to or remove the disputed content if the claim is found to be legitimate.

5.Counter-Notification

If you believe content was removed in error, you may contact us at the email below to submit a counter-notification, including a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed by mistake or misidentification.
