Refund & Cancellation Policy

At BYAMN, we aim to provide high-quality developer education, structured learning tracks, interactive coding sandboxes, and verifiable certificates. This Refund and Cancellation Policy governs all purchases made directly on the BYAMN platform.

All free courses, introductory modules, and public learning resources on BYAMN are accessible without charge and do not require any refund processing.

For paid course enrollments, we offer a 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee under the following conditions:

• Time Period: Refund requests must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days of the original purchase date.
• Course Consumption: You must have consumed less than 25% of the course content (video lectures, quizzes, or coding challenges).
• Certificate Status: Refunds are not eligible if a course completion certificate has already been issued or claimed.

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

1. Send an email to our support team at info.byamn@gmail.com.
2. Include your registered email address, Order ID / Payment Reference Number, and the course title.
3. Provide a brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund to help us improve our curriculum.

Once your refund request is received and verified:

• We will process your request within 2 to 3 business days.
• Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, NetBanking, UPI, or Wallet) via our payment gateway partner (Razorpay / Stripe) within 5 to 7 working days.

You may cancel your enrollment or subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future billing cycles. Access to paid content will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
