By creating an account or otherwise using BYAMN, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

BYAMN is a developer-first learning platform. We provide structured course tracks made up of video lessons, multiple-choice assessments, in-browser coding challenges, and written notes, along with progress tracking, leaderboards, and verifiable completion certificates.

Access to student and admin areas of BYAMN requires signing in with Google. You are responsible for maintaining the security of the Google account associated with your BYAMN account and for all activity that occurs under it.

You agree to use BYAMN only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for:

• The accuracy of any information you provide when creating or updating your account.
• Any code, notes, or content you submit through the platform's coding sandbox or other input fields.
• Not attempting to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the platform, including the code execution sandbox, rate-limited endpoints, or authentication system.
• Not sharing your account access with others or attempting to access accounts that are not yours.

Code you submit for execution or grading is run in an isolated, sandboxed environment for the sole purpose of returning output and scoring your submission. You retain ownership of any original code you write and submit. Do not submit code containing malware, attempts to access the underlying infrastructure, or content that violates applicable law.

Some courses on BYAMN are offered free of charge; others require payment to unlock. Pricing for each course is displayed on its course page prior to enrollment.

Certificates are issued only upon completing 100% of a course's lessons. Each certificate includes a unique certificate ID and a scannable QR code linking to a public verification page. Attempting to forge, alter, or misrepresent a BYAMN certificate is a violation of these Terms.

The BYAMN name, logo, platform design, and original course content are owned by BYAMN. You may not copy, redistribute, or commercially reuse platform content without prior written permission.

BYAMN relies on third-party infrastructure to operate, including Google (authentication), Cloudinary (media hosting), and email delivery services for account-related communications. Your use of BYAMN is also subject to the applicable terms of these providers where relevant.

BYAMN is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform, including the code execution sandbox. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BYAMN is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of BYAMN after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of India.
